[MACAO – May 14, 2024] Two stores under the private dining brand No 2 Courtyard (Brand Code: EHYZ) successfully raised RMB 1.801 million by listing two Daily Revenue Obligations (DROs) with a contract period of four years on MCEX. The subscribers to the DRO included Panthera Fund, Oriental Patron Securities Limited and other financial institutions.
The No 2 Courtyard brand was established in September 2018, positioned as a mid-to-high-end fusion cuisine brand. Currently, it operates six chain stores in Nanjing, two of which have been featured on the “Must-Eat” list by Dianping, a popular review platform. Each location features several large private rooms, suitable for family gatherings and business meetings among various settings. With its long history and high-quality dishes, the brand has built an excellent reputation locally in Nanjing and is well-known in the realm of homestyle and private dining cuisine.
MCEX is dedicated to creating a market-driven, open-source exchange platform for the issuance and trading of DROs.
