What is an SPV

An SPV (Single Portfolio Vehicle) is an MCEX-listed and traded financing vehicle, representing exposure to the revenue share of a single business or asset in the form of an RBO issued by the SPV Sponsor.

SPVs are designed to provide a light-touch and cost-effective way for businesses to access the capital market.

Who Can Set Up an SPV

SPVs are suitable for companies/projects that have cash flows and require financing. Revenue-sharing companies as SPV Sponsors incorporate the cash flows generated by the company/project revenues into the SPVs through revenue-sharing contracts, and raise funds by selling SPV units.
